    the cutting edge of the entertainment industry. Responsible for the creation, acquisition,
    development, marketing and merchandising of intellectual properties for film, TV, stage,
    video, music and publishing, they are revolutionizing the Entertainment industry.

    2004         Sales and Marketing Management Consultant – Vacation Station, LLC
       Top sales manager for a leading national vacation wholesaler, a division of publicly
    traded, Bluegreen Corporation - (NYSE:BXG). Established records for Melville, NY office
    volume sales and net revenue. Responsible for introducing innovative travel and leisure
    programs as ‘direct to consumer’ wholesale travel club memberships.

    2002-2004        The Hustlers Company -Producer
       Co-created and development of “The Poker Kings”, a feature motion picture produced for
    HBO by Oly Adelson Productions as the series “TILT” starring Michael Madsen. Co-creator
    of “Tornado Alley” a feature length comedy, it is currently in ‘turn around’ at Rainbow River
    Productions.

    2000-2002         Independent development and marketing consultant - Responsible for
    developing new media marketing strategies, securing and managing accounts creating
    programs, implementing sales strategies, training, managing sales for these various
    companies, groups and organizations utilizing interactive multimedia technologies and the
    internet as primary marketing tools.

       These companies include: Viacom (Paramount), Interactive Industries, AOL-Time Warner,
    Sony Pictures Ent., C-W Productions, Viceroy Music, Bluestorm Music, SBK Records,
    Vivendi-Universal, Newmarket Capital, DialAmerica, Infinity Software, Medicore, Lexi
    International, Facter Direct Ltd. and others.    

    1993-2000         President/CEO - The Filmax Corporation of New York - Created and managed
    all ‘day to day’ operations, designed and maintained the ‘big picture’ for this innovative
    entertainment development company. A Film and TV product development and consulting
    firm, Filmax specialized in the creation, development, production, marketing and
    merchandising of intellectual property content using proprietary, interactive, multimedia
    technologies and methods.  Consulted with all major Hollywood studios and production
    companies.

    1988-1992        Founder/President - American Film Producers Association (AFPA)
    Responsible for assembling the core group “think tank” that generated the first
    comprehensive plan (The AFPA Plan) for the use of fully integrated, interactive multimedia
    (‘new media’) and the Internet. Used in the creation, development, production, marketing and
    merchandising of intellectual properties (content) and products for the entertainment
    industry. The AFPA Plan was the first commercial business model for the development of
    ALL Internet service providers (ISPs).

    1980-1988        COO/Senior VP, Talent and Creative Development - Wood Crest Corp.
    Responsible for signing and managing all creative talent, creating, acquiring and developing
    intellectual properties for commercial development and exploitation. Wrote the original story,
    “Tale of a Tired Gun" from which the Oscar winning (Clint Eastwood)script for “The
    Unforgiven”  was taken, as well as the first draft ("Crimes of Punishment") of the script for
    Stanley Kubrick's last film, “Eyes Wide Shut” (Tom Cruise.)
